How much space do we have to work in?

Ideally I would need a minimum of 1,000 sq ft. of open floor space to accomodate 10 projects within a 4' x 4' space, with room to walk around, as well as multiple industrial sewing machines on wheels, my large air compressor, and my large toolbox.
