Spots limited | Register in advance!

I’m thrilled to be teaching on the Sewing & Quilt Expo tour this year, bringing LullCo’s high-energy, hands-on upholstery experience to cities across the country. LullCo is proud to be the FIRST EVER upholstery feature at the expo, and I am so excited to share the joy of this craft with so many new people!

If you’ve ever wanted to learn upholstery in a supportive, creative environment—or just want to level up your DIY and textile skills—these classes are the perfect way to dive in.

The Expo team is finalizing dates, times, and locations for each stop, and once everything is published, registration tends to fill quickly. This page is your inside track. Add your info to the form below, and you’ll be the first to receive:

  • Direct registration links the moment they go live

  • Full class details, including what to bring, prep requirements, and project guidelines

  • Tour dates and locations as they’re announced

  • A reminder email so you don’t miss out when seats start booking

Whether you’re joining me for a chair workshop, an upholstery intensive, or one of the special live demo sessions, you’ll walk away with real skills, real confidence, and a finished project you can be proud of.

If you want to be among the first people notified and guarantee your best shot at a seat, sign up below. I can’t wait to see you on the Expo floor and work alongside you on your next masterpiece.

What you should know:

You may not complete your project by the end of the retreat. Every person learns at their own pace. If you are unable to complete your project by the end of the weekend, you will be added to my virtual subscription plan for 30 days to get the support you need from home. I also have a private group where you can post your questions, tag me in a post, and I will demonstrate the skills you need to get through any troubleshooting you may need. All free of charge.

Upholstery is a very rigorous form of manual labor and does take a toll on your hands and body. If you have health issues that will be exacerbated by standing all day and pulling and lifting heavy things, this may not be the right weekend for you.

What you should bring:

Please be prepared with clothing and shoes that will be protective in the classroom. Layers for the weather, hard soled shoes to protect your feet from staples, gloves, masks, and goggles to protect your hands and face from sharp objects and furniture nastiness.

If you have specialty materials you would like to purchase in advance, please let me know and I will have them ready.
