Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

  1. General Policy
    Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days from the date of purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
  2. Condition of Returned Items
    To be eligible for a return, your item must:
    • Be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.Include all original packaging.
    Items that are damaged, used, or missing parts not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.
  3. Exempt Items
    Certain items are non-returnable or non-refundable, including but not limited to:
    • Gift cards
    • Downloadable software products
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
    • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
    • Classes, events, retreats, and camps (See rescheduling terms below)
  4. Classes, Events, and Retreats
    • Classes, events, and retreats can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice.
    • Rescheduling must be coordinated via email at lullcostudio@gmail.com.
    • Refunds for these services are not offered unless otherwise stated in the event-specific terms.

Refund Process

  1. Requesting a Refund
    To initiate a refund, please email lullcostudio@gmail.com with your order details and proof of purchase.
  2. Inspection and Approval
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. Refund Timeline
    Approved refunds will be processed within 7-30 business days, depending on your financial institution. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.
  4. Partial Refunds
    Partial refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
    • Late cancellations or no-shows for retreats or events (refer to specific terms for details).
    • Items returned in incomplete or damaged condition.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email lullcostudio@gmail.com.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, a gift credit will be issued for the value of the return. If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, refunds will be issued to the gift giver upon return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. LullCo is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
