Kick off the holidays with an evening that blends good food, creativity, and gift-giving magic.
Join us Friday, December 12th, 5–8 PM, as Private Chef and owner of Last Bite Catering, Allison Anastasio, guides us through the art of assembling a beautifully balanced charcuterie gift. You’ll learn plating techniques, ingredient pairing, textures, flavors, and simple tricks to elevate any board from “snacks” to “show-stopping holiday present.”
To round out the experience, Thomas Tusano of Tusano Trading Company will be onsite sharing his best cleaning and maintenance tips to keep your cutting boards in top shape for years. Thomas will also have his handcrafted boards available for purchase—and he can customize them for you on the spot, so you can walk away with a truly personal gift ready for Christmas.
