Upholstery foam comes in so many different types, densities, and sizes. The Firmness of your foam is completely personal preference. Typically softer foams are used on seat backs and arms, and more firm foams are used for the actual seat. I tend to stick with a medium seat and soft back and arms unless my client specifies otherwise.

I have narrowed down my upholstery foam product selection to my most commonly used densities and dimensions for your convenience.

Foam arrives rolled tight and sealed. For optimal results be sure to unpack foam immediately after receiving it and store laying flat. Anything you store on top of it could also compromise the shape. Each sheet comes in 82″ lengths you can custom cut to fit your furniture.
