Private Studio Membership Booking Policy

This document outlines the policies and terms for private studio memberships at LullCo Design Studio. By booking or purchasing a membership, you agree to the following:

Membership Access

• Memberships are offered on an hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, or annual basis.

• Monthly and annual memberships are billed on a recurring subscription. Members will receive an email notification 7 days prior to their next payment being processed.

• Membership grants access to:

  • The assigned private studio room.

  • The shared studio floor.

  • Available communal tools, including hand tools, pneumatic tools, drills, and sewing machines.

This agreement does not constitute a lease. It is a revocable membership license that allows access to the studio space and equipment under these terms.

Payments & Billing

• All payments are due in advance of access to the space.

• If a payment fails:

  • Members have 7 days to update payment information.

  • If payment is not received within 7 days, membership access may be suspended.

  • After 7 days of nonpayment, belongings may be removed from the space and securely stored.

  • If belongings are not retrieved within 7 additional days, they may be donated or discarded at the studio’s discretion.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Hourly, daily, and weekly bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

• Monthly and annual memberships may be canceled at any time; however, payments already processed are non-refundable.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing (email).

Use of Space & Tools

• Members agree to use the space and equipment responsibly and to leave shared areas in clean condition.

• Damage to tools, equipment, or property caused by negligence or misuse will be the financial responsibility of the member.

• The studio is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property left on-site.

Termination of Membership

• LullCo Design Studio reserves the right to revoke membership at any time for:

  • Failure to comply with policies.

  • Nonpayment beyond the grace period.

  • Unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior.

  • In such cases, unused time or payments will not be refunded.

Liability Waiver

• By booking, members acknowledge that use of tools and studio space involves risks. Members assume full responsibility for their own safety and agree not to hold LullCo Design Studio, its staff, or affiliates liable for injury, accident, or loss.

Agreement

By submitting this form and/or booking a private studio membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the above terms.
