Epic Estate Sale
August 20–22 at LullCo Design Studio
Our 2nd Annual Epic Estate Sale is back, and it’s bigger than ever!
Last year, our community came together in an incredible way. Thanks to generous donations and enthusiastic shoppers, we raised more than $4,000 to support studio programming and improvements—and every single donated item found a new home. Nothing went to waste. It was everything we hoped this event could be: sustainable, community-driven, and a whole lot of fun.
This year we’re doing it all again. A cover charge of $5 will give you access to goodies priced at just $5 an item (or group of items in some cases!)
From vintage furniture and home décor to artwork, craft supplies, sewing notions, tools, housewares, collectibles, and unexpected treasures, you never know what you’ll discover. Every item is just $5 (or, in some cases, an entire bundle of items for $5!), making it easy to stock up on great finds while supporting a great cause.

Donations Welcome!
We’re accepting donations now through 3:00 PM on Friday, August 21.
We’re looking for clean, usable, UNBROKEN items including:
- Furniture
- Home décor
- Artwork
- Craft and sewing supplies
- Vintage finds
- Tools
- Kitchenware
- Collectibles
- Games, toys, and hobby items
- And other quality household goods
Your donations will help you make more room for more goodies and also help create opportunities in your community. Every dollar raised goes studio improvements, expanding community programming, purchasing new equipment and tools, and making creative education more accessible for everyone.
Make a Day of It
The Epic Estate Sale is also a great excuse to explore everything happening at LullCo. Tour the studio, meet fellow makers, see what we’ve been building, and experience the creative community that’s growing here every day.
Then on Saturday evening, stick around for our 1968 Seeburg Jukebox Listening Party! Bring a favorite 45 RPM record to donate (if you’d like), hear the jukebox in action, and help us build a community soundtrack that will bring people together here for years to come.

ZOOM CLASSES
Learn Upholstery and Furniture Restoration from the comfort of your own home! For just $5 a month you can join me LIVE over Zoom on Tuesday evenings (6-8pm est.) and Sunday afternoons (2-4pm est). During these classes I will walk you through your project one step at a time. I’ll answer any questions you may have in real-time WHILE YOU WORK, right when you need it.
