A Holiday Market for the Misfits  Makers of Washtenaw County

Forget copy-paste gifts and crowded big box stores. The Holiday Misfit Market is a one-day celebration of the people who passionately  make things in our community… by hand, with heart, and often on very little sleep.

Visit us Saturday December 13th from 9am – 6pm to see how many different vendors and gift ideas we can fit inside this 5,800 sq ft. studio.

When you get here you’ll find:

• Dozens of local makers with handmade wares

• One-of-a-kind gifts you won’t see anywhere else

• Art, textiles, furniture, home decor, jewelry, oddities, upcycled treasures & more

• A welcoming space where misfits, newcomers, and seasoned pros share the same floor

Why “Misfit” Market?

Most holiday shows around here are juried. That’s great for some, but tough for new and emerging makers trying to get a foot in the door.

The Holiday Misfit Market at LullCo is:

• Non-juried – no panel deciding who’s “good enough”

• Free for vendors – your dollars go directly to the people making the work

• Inclusive by design – beginners, side-hustlers, kitchen-table crafters, and established artists all welcome

Your $10 Donation Does Real Work

We’re suggesting a $10 donation at the door (pay what you can; no one is turned away).

That donation helps:

• Keep the studio lights on

• Put food on the tables of the makers and teachers who work here

• Support local jobs in the trades, arts, and creative industries

• Maintain a welcoming space where people can learn upholstery, sewing, fabrication, and more. Skills that can turn into real income and stability

The Holiday Misfit Market is also a preview of what’s coming in 2026: LullCo Mercantile.

We’re building:
